Terms:

1. Hotel Cannot Guarantee Bedding and is a request only (single or double bed.)

2. Deposit is Non-Refundable

3. Up to 45 days prior to departure 85% refundable except deposit.

4. 45 days up to departure - NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. Payment in Full by July 15th, 2025

6. Pleasant Holiday Terms:

   * 100 days prior to departure: (7/15/25) Additional deposit equal to 1-night per room now due. Any cancellation or reduction

   of hotel space, in excess of 25% of the existing room nights, will incur a penalty equal to 1-night per room and tax per night.

   Entire group cancellation will incur a penalty equal to 1-night per room and tax for all rooms cancelled.

   * 76 days prior to departure: (8/8/25) Final payment, names, and rooming list (including arrival and departure flight details

   for land only passengers) now due. Any cancellation or reduction of hotel space, in excess of 15%, will incur a penalty equal

   to 2-nights per room and tax per night. Entire group cancellation, will incur a 2 nights per room and tax for all rooms

   cancelled.

   * 45 days prior to departure: (9/8/25) Any cancellation is non-refundable. In the event arrival and departure flight details

   have not been received by Pleasant Holidays by this date, airport transfers will be forfeited.
